Since Suzanne Sears founded the company in 1996, we've built lasting relationships throughout Northern Colorado—with general contractors, designers, builders, business owners, and neighbors who've become friends. These connections are the foundation of how we work, and we treat everyone who walks through our door with genuine care and respect. SCT has spent nearly three decades earning a reputation for craftsmanship, considered design, and the kind of expertise that only comes from working deeply in one community over time.

Unlike big-box retailers, SCT operates as a true design practice. Every project begins with a conversation — about how a space is lived in, what aesthetic feels like home, and how the right materials can carry that vision. From there, the team guides clients through the full experience: design consultation in the Berthoud showroom, material selection across tile, hardwood, LVP, laminate, carpet, and countertops, and expert installation that treats craftsmanship as the difference between a project and a project that lasts beautifully.
